Synopsis

The Sandman and his sister Delirium are walking the waking world in search of their long-lost brother Destruction. They've made contacts and arranged transportation—and, thanks to Delirium, they have frogs to spare—but their presence in the waking world is beginning to cause some strange behavior in those they meet.
